Best online art community besides DeviantART?

I am into graphic art, collages and photoshop.

conceptart.org
and
cgsociety.org
are pretty good. They’re pretty well known sites, and each site has their emphasis, but in their forums you may find things to be interested in, especially as you put Photoshop among your likes… I recall in each site there are topics in the forums directly relevant…

All-around, a pleasure for me to visit, as there are good, knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful people..

And, I haven’t checked it in a while, but perhaps you’d like http://www.epilogue.net too…
