It may be a …
It may be a signature, but I always thought a real artist used his or her signature on a piece of art. Where is the art? If it’s just a signature, how better is this than anyone wandering around Toronto with a black spray can writing their name on everything. What do I admire? The curvature of the vowels? The angles of the consonants? I have no issue a piece of art that really has something to add to the dreary concrete landscape. But just plain black scrawls? I still don’t get this.
