I’m applying to Dartmouth, too, so I know what you’re going through. Your stats look pretty good to me, although you didn’t mention what your SAT Subject Test scores were. (Dartmouth requires 2 SAT Subject Tests.) It looks like you have a respectable list of extracurriculars and good academics, especially if you took the hardest classes your school has to offer, like you said.
A good book you might want to read is A is for Admission by Michele A. Hernandez. The author actually used to be a Dartmouth admissions officer, and she goes into the admissions process they used in great detail. (Granted, it was written more than a couple years ago, but I imagine that much of what she wrote still applies.) If you have time, you should check it out.
Also, a good website you could check out is http://www.collegeconfidential.com. There, you can find discussion forums just about the Ivy League and even ones specifically about Dartmouth. There are a lot of "chance me" threads like the one you just posted, and it’s very interesting to read through them.

You would def get in if you were hispanic or black..haha jkjk..i think you’ll get in, dont stress so much. i know exactly what thats like.. not to the extent of dartmouth..try applying to harvard its still a great school and a few friends of mine who attent their said the app process was easy..good luck!
