Should I take my community college Associates degree program for Animation/Game Art?

Ok, I’ll be graduating real soon (either in the simmer or winter) from my present school with a BA in Criminal Justice. However, I really love to draw ever since I was a baby and I been drawing since I can pick up a pencil. Anyways, the community college that I go to transfer my credits to my univeristy has an associates degree program for Animation/Game Art. I ws thinking about doing that degree (or atleast some of it) and transfer those credits to an art school like Ringling. Is that a good idea or no?

It’s a great idea. I went to a school where a lot of people went back to follow a passion.

BTW, what will you be doing with the BA? You might need to put off the associates if you don’t have all of the certifications/credentials you need to ensure a solid career in criminal justice.
