LARGE Art Project/Contest – New Orleans? HELP!?

I followed this link to a large community art contest/project for students and it sounds like the teachers send in their artwork and it gets delievered in armored vehicles to New Orleans and it will be a part of a large piece of art there and will help rebuild (raising money I guess?) New Orleans. Sounds like a great project for my students but I can’t find the information again anywhere! have tried several searches! Had something like "bucks" in it or something to do with money in the name of the project. Does anybody know what i’m talking about? I have to find it so we can get started!
