these are all that I have that equal up to 18 credit hours. Can I transfer to a university? if you don’t know, then where can I find out? is there a web site?

Depends on the college
I know some require you to have 30 hours of transferable credit to be accepted
Look on the websites for the college you are interested in
And under admissions they should have a choice for transfers and itll list the requirements

All of the universities I’m familiar with, you need to have at least 30 credits to be considered a transfer student rather than an incoming freshman. That doesn’t mean your credits won’t transfer. You will still be a freshman, just a few steps ahead of most of the other freshman.

Your question to the college you apply to should be "which classes credits will you accept?" Some colleges do not take all the credits that you have if their classes do not match anything close to what you have already taken. Your best bet is to go with the college that takes the most amount of your earned credits. If you choose a lesser one, you will have to take some extra classes to fulfill the new colleges requirement.
