I live in a small town, around three thousand people. Its a fairly lower middle class area, without much money for extras. But we do have a few things at the library, there are a pretty homogeneous bunch, you would be hard put to find different cultures here, maybe in a few years. Truthfully, most of the kids here have two or more siblings and schools are where the parents get together. There is a dancing/acting school, but its not available for adults. We also have farmers markets on Thursday in front of the library. We aren't in really bad shape for such a small community. There just isn't enough people with money to support the artists or the arts to make it viable, and for renting films, paying for electricity and heat, keeping up a theater. You need more than willpower, you do need that money.<br><b>References : </b><br> Because artists have to eat too?
