THIS FREE COMMUNITY ARTS PARADE is presented annually by the Cleveland Museum of Art. International and national guest artists join Greater Cleveland artists, families, schools and community groups in a spectacular display of bright costumes, giant puppets, stilt-dancers, handmade masks and colorful floats. Circle Village, which includes the activities, entertainment, and food, is presented by University Circle, Inc. These photos are from the 2006 Parade, taken by zJayne

I’ve always wanted to paint those people with the long ribbons on sticks and try and show the movement, those are always sooo pretty. I also esp. liked the martini people.
