I don’t know if I should go to community college and take the rest of my human services diploma or go to university and take a bachelor of arts? but I have heard that bachelor of arts is useless… so I don’t know what to do any advise?
A bachelor’s is definitely going to be more useful than a mere two-year associate’s degree.
B.A. is simply a term for bachelor’s degrees in a variety of fields. So, whether yours would prove to be useful would depend on your major.
What you could do is earn an associates’s at the community college and then transfer to complete a 4-year degree and earn the bachelor’s. If you had any thoughts of eventually doing graduate degree, in Human Services or something else, you would have to have a bachelor’s.
A University diploma will always look better than one from a community college to future employers.

bachelor degree gives you more opportunities and open more doors that you can choose from in the future. also for better job options. I would go with bachelor if its an option. Good Luck

A community college diploma is a 2 year course. A BA is a 4 year course so by definition the BA is better. The reason you are hearing that a BA is useless is because too many people major in psychology, sociology, communications or something ending in the word studies. These majors do not lead to a specific job and many people with these majors are out of work.
